| As the season draws ever close to ending, we would like to thank the Energy organization and coaching staff for a great season. The Energy organization for getting a much-needed program started in our area. The hours of behind-the-scenes labor were tremendous. Perhaps the most important was the introduction of two very fine coaches to our area. Our son has been playing hockey since age four, travel hockey since he was six. In that time we have seen many coaches come and go. Coach Egan and Coach Musta will definitely go down as one of the best, if not the best coaches our son has played for. Their focus on exposing our son to the best competition possible, the work ethic needed to succeed, and the life skills needed beyond hockey never faltered. As former host parents for the (USHL) Lincoln Stars, we are very aware of the importance in recruiting players that always conduct themselves well on and off the ice. Again Coaches Egan and Musta enjoyed nothing but success. To all the other Energy families, thanks for the opportunity our son enjoyed playing with such fine young men. --Kevin and Debbie Avey |
